Live Blogging The Nationwide Series And Camping World Trucks
It's a back-to-back NASCAR TV doubleheader on Saturday. ABC covers the Nationwide Series race from Talladega and then SPEED hosts the Camping World Trucks at Kansas Speedway.
Allen Bestick will begin the TV activity at 2:30PM on your local ABC television station. Rusty Wallace is still on vacation, so Dale Jarrett will join Bestwick and Brad Daughery for the pre-race show.
Jarrett will then head upstairs (no easy task at Talladega) and join Dr. Jerry Punch and Andy Petree to call the race. Down on pit road will be Shannon Spake, Jamie Little, Dave Burns and Vince Welch.
This TV production team is looking to recover from a rough outing in Phoenix last week. The entire telecast focused on Carl Edwards and Kyle Busch from start-to-finish. Green flag racing on the track was actually put aside while viewers watched Edwards' damaged car being inspected in the garage area.
Punch could hardly contain his enthusiasm when Busch got a lap back in the race. Needless to say, neither Busch or Edwards won the event. ESPN had egg on its face having wasted all this time profiling the two Cup drivers. All the stories of the other teams and drivers were pushed off the table.
Talladega should offer an opportunity to get back on the right track with long laps and pack racing. Hopefully, this event will allow the ESPN production team to highlight all the drivers and include as many sponsors as possible in this struggling series.
ABC is on the air until 6PM with the Nationwide coverage. SPEED comes on at 5:30PM with the CWTS pre-race show. So, once again NASCAR fans will be asked to choose between two NASCAR TV partners due to a scheduling conflict that should have been resolved long before this weekend.
Krista Voda is in Talladega for the NASCAR on Fox coverage, so Rick Allen will host the CWTS pre-race show from Kansas. Phil Parsons will join Allen while Ray Dunlap and Adam Alexander will handle the pit road coverage.
The trucks have a very diverse field that should result in some interesting racing. The TV crew has a very basic set-up and fans should see the old-style racing coverage that emphassizes the racing and keeps things basic.
This post will serve to host your comments about both the Nationwide Series on ABC and the CWTS on SPEED. To add your TV-related comments, just click on the comments button below. This is a family-friendly website, please keep that in mind when posting.
Thanks for stopping by The Daly Planet.
ABC has decided to emulate FOX by truncating their coverage of NASCAR on the west coast in favour of children's programming. KOMO is showing "The Suite Life of Zach and Cody" from 11:30 to noon PT. My Detroit ABC HD broadcast starts at 11:30 PT.
ReplyDeleteNASCAR is playing second fiddle to a 2006 episode of a kid's show. FOX finally stopped the practice of pre-empting the pre-race show, but ABC is still doing it.
--KarenB
If anyone else has their ABC station cover the pre-race or delay the race, please leave a comment or email us. Thanks.

JD I'm watching a DVR of qualifying, did you catch Mike's promo of the NW race, something like here on Speed we are happy to promote racing not matter what channel it's on. Interesting don't you think
ReplyDeleteNot raining yet in Kansas but it looks pretty dark on the live feed on the IRL site.
ReplyDeleteWest Coast Diane said:
ReplyDelete@kbaskins and JD re: Countdown.
Did a double take when DVRing yesterday. I'm in San Jose and get the race on KGO-TV out of San Francisco. No Countdown. Power Rangers: Ranger Yellow, Part II At least it's a 2009 episode...ha!
So far so good here in Orlando... checked one guide and pre-race is on (bad for me, can't stand them)
ReplyDeleteTrucks are qualifying right now.
Unfortnately, I have commited to watching Rolex Sports Car at that time of NW. No Kyle/Carl/Dale Jr show for me.
ABC is showing paid programming right now (11am). Pre race scheduled @ 11:30.
ReplyDeleteWhy do some stations screw their viewers out of the pre race?
So, no pre-race in San Diego or Seattle for NASCAR on ABC. any other West Coasters please let us know about this issue.
ReplyDeleteNRF, SPEED will promote anything and keeps the sport as the primary focus.
ESPN and Fox will not promote each other's races. Joy was being coy while he was on SPEED doing the qualifying.
When it happens on Sunday during the Fox race, I will gladly eat my words. Those words were that the situation between ESPN and Fox is simply digusting.
Congrats to Twitter favorite Max Papis for making his first Talladega Cup race. That should be interesting.
Here is a Twitter message from the NASCAR on Fox team:
Jeff Hammond here: I flew to 'Dega in C Edwards's plane. Great flight. Look out for my interview w/ him, up in the air, on Sunday’s prerace.
After last week's ESPN coverage, isn't that what we all want to see? More of Carl.
JD
OK, I stand corrected. This is KGO out of San Francisco.
ReplyDeleteAny San Diego or LA viewers out there?
JD
More Carl more of the time tomorrow, and I had a Mom sighting before qualifying. Good for a lot of the go or go homers starting near the front. Congrats to JPM for pole. Me glad Mayfield made the race too. Lots and lots of racing this weekend - the dvr will get a workout.
ReplyDeleteThe countdown is on in Los Angeles, KABC.
ReplyDeleteGood Lord! Someone get the decaf for BD.
ReplyDelete@ Bevo, My thoughts exactly. Whatever it is, JP needs some.
ReplyDeleteSong tally :
ReplyDeleteSweet Home Alabama - 1
Pre-race keeps getting interrupted for weather updates on WZZM in Grand Rapids, MI, but we've got big storms going through.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the LA update!
ReplyDeleteCarl, Kyle and crashing. Nice theme for ABC today. Ridiculous.
ReplyDeleteSo much for not saying "the big one".
ReplyDeleteBTW I wish my rush hour was 190 mph, I could make it home in about 2 minutes. Although the exit might be tricky.
I hope Carl & Kyle disrupt the script again today.
ReplyDeleteAlmost Bubba the Love Sponge time!
ReplyDeleteIt's nice to see my local ABC station has got their equipment upgraded so they can do graphical overlays on HD now... it used to be they'd have to change to SD on the HD channel to put them up, but now the weather graphics are there but the race broadcast is still HD.
ReplyDeleteIs Dale Jr ever in a good mood?
ReplyDeleteHe should be a GREAT in-car reporter!
ReplyDeleteIs the sponge on today? I thought it was tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteABC better be doing that on tape delay
ReplyDelete@ bevo, 2 times now.
ReplyDeleteSweet Home Alabama - 2
ReplyDeleteThanks Dot - posting at the same time :)
ReplyDelete@ bevo, I will always think of you when I hear that song. You'll be on my mind all day today and tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteJD - I emailed you on Thursday about KOMO-tv and KATU-tv (both owned by Fisher Communications) ... and their disregard to the contract with Disney/ESPN Sports ...
ReplyDeleteKOMO-tv pre-empted "NASCAR Countdown" ... KATU-tv was tape delaying coverage of both the pre-race show and race by one hour ...
There he is.
ReplyDeleteI'm running way behind here which gives me an opportunity to use the FF button, based on what is gong on I anticipate catching up pretty quickly.
ReplyDeleteRE Brad I seem to remember that he really gets on the chip for plate races.
Super Power = Bewitched, not exactly what I would call a superpower but I wouldn't mind having it myself.
@Dot-
ReplyDeleteDon't get me started on Sweet Home :)
Yep. I emailed them. No response.
ReplyDeleteWhy oh why do they have Jr. as the in-race reporter (he's just there to have fun!). Why not have a regular Nationwide guy. I wonder if ABC will show Kerry? Hope they have a race without anyone going over on their roof.
ReplyDelete@nrf- The super power or Samantha???
ReplyDeleteBevo, this lady would love to be able to snap my fingers (can't twitch the nose) and get what ever I needed ;)
ReplyDeleteKGO is an O&O station ... They of all people should've aired "NASCAR Countdown" ...
ReplyDeleteOh great, interruptions for the NFL. Did I hear that correctly?
ReplyDeleteNFL draft starting at top of the hour, and yes it's a big deal for a lot of people.
ReplyDeleteIRL qualifying ready to start now too.
Here we go. Showing 4 wide then switch to in car. ARGHHHHH!!!!
ReplyDeleteIs FoxTrax working for anyone else?
ReplyDeleteThis comment has been removed by a blog administrator.
ReplyDeleteJD, I note from the picture above that it appears Andy P is following the race in progress on monitors, rather than out the window. I saw Mike Joy a few weeks ago on FOX or SPEED and I understood him to say that the FOX crew stands up to call the race so they can watch out the window, but apparently do have monitors in front of them also. IF the EESPN crew does call the race from what's fed to them on monitors, do you think this could contribute to the unique focus of their call?
ReplyDeleteAlso, who gets the credit for inventing the irritating interview command "Talk about......."?
Dot
ReplyDeleteYou said it before me. NFL draft updates (rolls eyes)
I did not know that was Bubba on tv..was eating Jack's salsa and blue corn chips and missed it. :)
I do NOT want to see Carl tomorrow...sigh
so far I LOVE the camera work.
We so need this tomorrow. I LOVE Dega on my tv.
WITH GOOD CAMERA WORK~!~
Leave Jr alone...sigh...
dot I hope they don't OVER DO the in car cam...ZZZzzzzz
nice pictures and no in-car overuse. Dot must have scared them.
ReplyDeleteAnyone else having problems with the HD picture stuttering and getting blurry? I'm never sure whether its the broadcast, the local station, comcast, etc.
ReplyDeleteKansas is really dragging out cleaning up the track from an oil down by the trucks, over 40 minutes now.
ReplyDeleteCould push back the Truck start time.
@ JD, that's my super power.
ReplyDelete@ bevo, how do you know about the trucks? What are you watching?
ReplyDeleteBevo, Nascar's Live Leaderboard is running.
ReplyDeleteThis comment has been removed by a blog administrator.
ReplyDelete@Dot-
ReplyDeleteIRL site is streaming the qualifying. Don't know who blew the engine but he went a full lap before he dropped down below the line.
Thanks Vicky D.
Much better than last week.
ReplyDeleteGot FoxTrax up and running.
ReplyDeleteThanks bevo.
ReplyDeleteLots of fans in the stands.
I'm loving the wide shots of the draft... hopefully Doc doesn't botch the finish like he did to the fall Cup race last year!
ReplyDeleteIRL qualifying has started, looks like the Trucks will start about 30 minutes late right now.
ReplyDeleteIn that Aarons commercial where Reut is asleep the song sounds really close to George Winston's "Christmas Time is Here". odd..it can't be but for 7 or 8 notes it sounds like it.
ReplyDeleteDH needs a promo about somebody getting naked to get people to watch. Wow.
ReplyDeleteI feel old
@ anon 3:31
ReplyDeleteHD is fine here on the left coast of Canada. I'm watching the Detroit ABC HD feed.
--KarenB
No problem with OTA HD in North Texas
ReplyDeleteWonder if they will do a split screen for green flag pit stops?
ReplyDeleteSweet Home - 3
ReplyDeleteMissing the pit again for JR?
ReplyDeleteok..as a fan of Jr's..does the boy need glasses? Misses his pits a few times this year.
ReplyDelete:(
Seems like JR. needs glasses so he can find his pit
ReplyDeleteWho's fault is it missing his pit, driver or crew chief?
ReplyDeleteMikey penalty..rats....after being out of fuel...
ReplyDeleteGo Morgan!
ReplyDeleteWhat the heck is Jr's problem???? Can't that kid see? And it seems the announcers missed it at first.
ReplyDeleteNice pictures today, and the announcers aren't really pandering like they usually do.
ReplyDeleteFocus and concentration - seems like the older he gets the more trouble he has with it.
ReplyDeleteJerry is starting to fade, need Brad D. up in the booth for some excitement.
ReplyDeleteDid one of the guys talk about getting naked for a TV show promo? That's real appropriate.
ReplyDeleteAgree. Good job so far. Camera work good and the booth is having a good day.
ReplyDeleteThis will not be popular. Maybe jr needs a drug test.
ReplyDeleteDebris caution coming up?
ReplyDelete???????????????????????????
ReplyDeleteno need for rumor
After listening to Arute the other day I really think JP's problem as the race wears on goes back to all the years of being in the pits and all of the chaos. He goes up to the booth and misses that constant stimulation.
ReplyDeleteI think that's enough debris for a caution.
ReplyDelete@ Vicky D. new definition for debris, the 99 and 29. JR taking them to dinner. Really Joey? In the corner?
ReplyDeletewho is in the 20?? IDIOT
ReplyDeletewas out of the room. &^%$#@!
Logano....sigh
Clint Bowyer...is talking about who?
Geez those fonts on the drop down graph could be bigger for those of us over 30
ReplyDelete:-)
need binoculars from recliner
@ dear Sophia, Mikey of course.
ReplyDeleteHow come CC doesn't tell Bowyer who caused Mikey to hit him? We'll be hearing that radio all week.
Sophia, he was talking about Mikey.
ReplyDeleteThe flagman had the yellow flat out already but Mikey & Clint grudgingly taking one for the Jr. team.
ReplyDeleteSo, this is the new phantom debris? Mikey hitting anyone will now be the new automatic debris person.
ReplyDeleteJr has 20/15 vision???? Yeah, right.
"I had a few cars in front of me". Like no other driver has a few cars in front of them??? Something is really wrong with that guy.
Right on Mikey.
ReplyDeleteBliss overheated after his radiator got damaged by Edwards
ReplyDeleteGood answer mike to a stupid question. re: Clint.
ReplyDeleteTypical ESPN
OH, Logano is the culprit who hit Mikey. I want a full blown throw down between Mikey and Bowyer
ReplyDeleteThat was a really disgusting comment by Jamie trying to stir up trouble between Bowyer and Waltrip.
ReplyDeleteI hate that sort of crap. ESPN seems to excel at it.
--KarenB
And Reut is two laps down have we heard a reason if they have said I missed it.
ReplyDelete@ VickyD, No, unless I missed it too.
ReplyDeleteand Jamie Little wonders why fans continue to hate her?
ReplyDeleteWhat kind of question was that to a guy who was just in a high-speed accident?
Jamie Little is pathetic and she continues to have a job. Is that wha they call equal opportunity? If so, I'm against it.
ReplyDeleteJD, I had the same thought...until I asked myself, how did she know what Clint said? I know they pick up all kinds of things, but I'm thinking Mr. Producer *told* her to ask just to create controversy. I could be wrong.
ReplyDelete@JD
ReplyDeleteAMEN to your Jamie Little comment. It's only 4:20 but I am having a glass of White Zin.
She ticked me off.
BSPN Snarkism at it's finest
Jamie Little had to have seen the replay by the time she got to Mikey. Her own question in my opinion.
ReplyDelete@ dear Sophia, pour a glass for me.
ReplyDeleteWhy no interview w/Clint? Give him a chance to apologize for running his mouth.
Dot Clint still on the track. Mikey did a nice job handling Jamie's typical ESPN question. So are we going to see this one all over ESPN this week I hope not.
ReplyDeleteWhy doesn't KyB just ask the drivers to get off the track so he can win?
ReplyDelete@ NRF, thanks.
ReplyDeleteVicky, I'm behind here and just saw Doc talk about Reut like he was on the lead lap and the had to stop talking. DJ finally baled him out about Reut beig 2 laps down but no they have never said why.
ReplyDeletewhat did jamie ask? i missed it
ReplyDeleteKaren, you're probably right--I forgot how long it took before she got to Michael. Regardless, the question embarrassed everyone involved.
ReplyDelete@Dot.
ReplyDeleteYou can have a glass. Not smart tho..house is 80. 88 outside..and don't want to use the A/C yet.
heat + Sophia= not good. I will add some ice to my wine :-)
Alcohol can make you feel warmer. I have three fans on in the great room.
I hope CB does get a blown tire. Big mouth. I decided I do not like him anymore..quick to blame...I know it's heat of the moment but he really has it out for Mikey.
JD I responded to your comment about JD on Twitter.
Meow Hiss
:-)
somebody made a comment about Sliced bread that made me LOL!
Have you noticed? Jerry has faded and is now just asking questions of Dale and Andy now.
ReplyDeleteThose two have taken over the play-by-play again. Just like the old days.
JD
I meant Jamie Little
ReplyDeleteNow Jr is hot.
ReplyDeleteYes I agree about Jr. I thought the spotters counted them down? Hopefully he'll get that worked out. Embarrassing for how long he's been around...definite Rookie mistake. Yes I know others have missed their pits but it's been a once in a blue moon vs. every other race as it seems w/Jr.
ReplyDeleteSpeaking of Brad JD--did they kill the "lets have Brad walk around the garage and see how much free food he can mooch from the teams" segment? I didn't know if they killed it or I just missed it being at the mercy of the feeds and when they decide to flip the channel.
I was also not surprised that Jamie asked such an idiotic question! UGH! Poor Mikey but he handled it well
Mikey didn't know who hit him, he just said that it was a black car. Someone should have told him before that stupid question by Jamie.
ReplyDeleteNow would that be a finish? Brad K, Jr and Kerry?
ReplyDeleteWouldn't you love it if Kerry won?
ReplyDeleteABC would jump all over that kind of finish
ReplyDeleteUnreal. I thought people wanted the drivers to show personality and not be on script all the time. What better time for a driver to show emotion then after someone accuses him of something he didn't cause? Why let it wait until the Monday night shows? It would be dereliction of duty NOT to ask Michael the question then and leave it for some other show on some other network. It's not like she shoved the microphone through the window of the car before he came out of it, or chased him into an ambulance. He's fine, Boyer's talking smack, I say get Michael's take on it as soon as possible.
ReplyDeleteHey Gymmie,
ReplyDeleteThat idea faded faster than the Servicemaster sponsored caution periods!
JD
I'd pay good money to see Kerry win the race.
ReplyDeleteWhy do they tape up the front end when the car behind them is literally up their butt?
ReplyDeleteI would love to see any Odd Wad win over the CUP drivers.
Matt,
ReplyDeleteAt least show the replay to the guy before you confront him with something he has not heard about something he has not seen.
I am sure we will be hearing about it on Monday, Mikey is with Chad and Steve at 8PM.
JD
Should've typed "in front of them".
ReplyDeleteyea, I'd like to see Kerry win...poor guy is like "the invisible Earnhardt".
ReplyDeleteBe very sweet if he could win.:)
JD,
ReplyDeleteI heard Dan Patrick talking to Al Michaels last week about Madden. He said they meshed right away because he (Al) knew that the role of a play-by-play guy was to set up the analyst by asking him questions about the game. The audience can see the action and knows the players.
I imagine that whoever coached JP about going to the booth came from that background.
Do they have to make another pit stop before the finish?
ReplyDeleteOverheating is going to be a problem. Anyone know the temperature at the track?
ReplyDelete85 in dega according to weather.com
ReplyDeleteCan't Nascar see how much better the racing is in this car as opposed to the COT???
ReplyDeleteRaindrops starting to fall in Kansas
ReplyDelete@ darbar, yes NASCAR can see the racing is better. But then they'd have to admit the COT is a total failure.
ReplyDeleteJR had to clean his glasses.
ReplyDeleteOHH, who's tire got away??
ReplyDeleteMy brother goes to Phoenix twice a year..says COT needs tweaked...wider tires or something.
ReplyDeleteracing is always BETTER in NW or truck series and most of us agree fro tv...but my brother has gone in person for years to several tracks.
One things for sure, Jr can handle the Nationwide car much better than the COT. For some reason, he just cannot drive that car and can't give his crew chief info on how to make it better.
ReplyDeleteQualifying for IRL just ended. Graham Rahal has the pole. Franchitti and Castroneves 2 & 3 but times will probably be thrown out.
ReplyDeleteRunning close to 50 minutes late so look for the Trucks to start late.
@Dot
ReplyDeleteDon't you be bustin' on Jr!!! lol
(I still don't believe he has 20/15 vision..if he does he needs to learn focus or see if he has ADD)
.just saying..as somebody else said that's such a rookie mistake.
Can these guys WALK the pit stalls before their race to see where they pit? Seriously?
Will they tell us who lost the tire?
ReplyDeleteJD, I think today's telecast is better than last week's by a long shot. Lots of folks in the stands from the shot I just saw.
ReplyDelete@darbar
ReplyDeleteHaven't I heard Dale Sr was bad at explaining what was wrong with a car?
He could 'see' the air but not good at explaining to CC specificities of car issues.
JD,
ReplyDeleteWhat's he need to see to answer a question about what Boyer said? Michael knew that he didn't cause it.
Kerry E's tire I just read on Twitter
ReplyDeleteDid I miss it? Which team lost the tire and got the penalty?
ReplyDeleteMan, Jerry is out of gas! Can you hear the deep breaths and the sighs?
JD
@ VickyD, I agree about the better coverage. No Carl/KyB script shoved down our throats.
ReplyDelete@ dear Sophia, good point. I would make sure before I got in the car where I am to pit.
Who lost the tire? Must've been an Odd Wad.
oh that's helpful...a Gumbo of spotters talking???????????????????????????????????????/
ReplyDeleteOK, did that make sense to ANYONE?
ReplyDeletewhat the heck was that "spotter" stuff ??
ReplyDeleteAWFUL !!!
put that in the "dont do that again dept"
@Matt-
ReplyDeleteBecause Bowyer didn't know how it happened when he said that to his crew. Doing that is like the little dweeb in grade school who runs around saying "Clint said" to someone else just to try to start a fight.

It doesn't get much "stupider" than all that cross talk.
Who thinks THAT is a good idea??
If Punch mentions that "we haven't had the big one yet" one more time, I'm going to scream. It's almost like he's willing it to happen.
ReplyDelete--KarenB
All caught up now. I agree spotter chatter STUPID. Now we know what we need Twitter for. It lets us know it was Kerry E tire, now don't you think that info should have come from the booth?
ReplyDeleteI like that spotter stuff. Did we ever hear if anyone got a penalty for the tire?
ReplyDeleteSophia, who on Twitter said Kerry E.? I have some on NASCAR I'm following but not that one.
ReplyDeleteNote to Producer - the spotters are always shoulder to shoulder. That's how information gets exchanged between different drivers.
ReplyDelete@KarenB
ReplyDeleteI agree about the BIG ONE COMMENT.
Lame
its cool if they have audio from 1 spotter, but not 20 at the same time
ReplyDeleteSweet Home - 4
ReplyDeleteI do not believe Kyle B is leading.
ReplyDeleteIs this Groundhog Day movie?
Finally decided to turn the race on MRN (a different radio station's online stream). But did not tune in to see Shruba-duba-ding-dong leading.
ReplyDeleteUgh.
@Vicky D--I still remember the Winston back in 2K3 when Ryan was knocked out and he thought Tony(?) was to blame. Before he could say a word Dr. Dick jumped in to say that Tony was no where near his bumper so Ryan quickly changed his thoughts.
ReplyDeleteI'd LOVE to see Kerry win! I was so heartbroken a few years back at Richmond when Jeff Burton stole it from him the last few laps.
JD--LOL! That was a stupid segment, I'm glad they didn't continue with it. Of course they never should have done it in the first place. That was so embarrassing!
Thanks Twitter for penalty info. I also am tired of hearing JP mention "the big one" but we haven't heard about points so I guess it's even.
ReplyDeleteSo, Kerry was in the top 5. He lost a tire and is now out of the big picture. ESPN never updated anything about a top five car penalized on pit road.
ReplyDeleteJD
Wood_ brothers21 Heard it on MRN
ReplyDeleteI can't stand it when ANY network mentions the big one.
ReplyDelete@ VickyD, No. But thanks to TDP we get that info.
ReplyDelete@ hotaru, funny name for KyB.
Maybe if they put a polar bear on the grass across from Jr's pit he wouldn't miss it :)
ReplyDeleteShruba Duba Ding Dong
ReplyDeleteLMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Came up with that during my trip to South FL, glad y'all like it.
ReplyDeleteWoo, this is nuts!
ReplyDeleteDon't need in-car shots now, keep the wide shots going
ReplyDeletestop the EXCESS IN CAR CAMS!!!!
ReplyDeleteAbuse of in-car cameras... yet another reason not to watch.
ReplyDeleteGo Roush boys!!!!
So since the race started here there's been a radar box and an occasional crawl, but the only time my local station broke in was during a commercial. No complaints from me then!
ReplyDeleteHoly S...... Out of the car thank God
ReplyDeleteWOW. There's your big one JP.
ReplyDeleteoMG!
ReplyDeleteGeesh Poor Matt! Doesn't need to be driving in the NW series.
ReplyDeleteOMG, bad wreck for Kenseth. Thank God he's out of the car. His wife is expecting in a few months.
ReplyDelete@Karen--it was from wood_brothers21 who said it was via MRN that it was Kerry's tire
ReplyDeleteNice cut to his wife before we knew he was OK. I am not going to forget that one.
ReplyDeleteA little teammate lovin'.
ReplyDeleteFreakin' David Regan
ReplyDeleteDon't put a freaking camera in the wife's face right after that!!!!
ReplyDeleteJACKASSES!
The roof flaps didn't come up for a long time. Lucky the car flipped on the wheels.
ReplyDeleteJD I cought that too, that's just low
ReplyDeleteJD, you're right on that one. No way should they cut to Katie before they knew if Matt was OK
ReplyDeletegood thing it landed on its wheels, with that fire that started
ReplyDeleteSorry for the word there JD.
ReplyDeleteSomeone needs to be at least suspended for that
Poor MattMatt! Glad he's OK!
ReplyDeleteWonder if the Cat in the Hat is going to take Mr Regan aside and have a good talking to
ReplyDeleteLooks like David barely touched him. Kyle was more invovled.
ReplyDeleteSucks for Matt.
And it's spelled RAGAN.
ReplyDeleteOnce again - silence from the booth while the crash is in progress.
ReplyDelete3 people and none of them can say anything ??
happened many times last year.
Thanks for the spell check
ReplyDeleteShruba Duba has collateral damage. Hee hee. Script revisions going on right now.
ReplyDeleteThe E in ESPN stands for Enquirer. How would they feel (sorry) if Matt wasn't OK?
Wonder if Matt will have something to say to ESPN about that one, some how I think he will be more than PO'd when he finds out. I can see it now the man wins a race and gives ESPN a 3 word interview, wouldn't blame him in the least.
ReplyDeleteA crash like that... so bad looking...
ReplyDeleteSorry for being so defenive of DR just then, I get upset when people talk bad 'bout my guy.
Very pregnant???
ReplyDeleteReally Jamie?
Very pregnant...
Matt usually takes the high road
ReplyDeleteHow did Kerry E get back to 7th?
ReplyDeletego tony raines!!
ReplyDelete
