Happy Thanksgiving to JD & all Planeteers and don't forget (as per GinaV24) Alice's Restaurant on 93.3 WMMR Philadelphia on the interwebs about, I think, 9:30AM ET tomorrow!
Happy Thanksgiving to all the TDP readers and to you JD.
It's been a rough year, but I'm thankful for the decicated commentators on ths blog. There have been many great conversations here, something I appreciate since 9/10 New Yorkers are clueless or don't care about NASCAR.
Thanks for keeping the blog open and active despite the career change, John. This blog remains one of the most fun and civil places to talk NASCAR on the internet.
Happy thanksgiving everybody!!!!! I'm Mighty thankful for you J.D. keeping this blog up through these turbulent times. I expect a punishing winter up here in NH as payback for last year so I'll be hitting the slopes soon. And finally I hope everyone stays safe throughout the winter holidays!
I hace Alice's Restaurant on at noon Colorado time here. Remember, if your family can't be with you, in one way or another (like mine), they are always with you in spirit. Have a safe Holiday my friends!
If you wanna get your fill on NASCAR this offseason go to the MRN website and click on the media center and you will find the classic races link . Click on the classic races link and you will have plenty of races to choose from.
Now that Thanksgiving is over for another year, hope everyone enjoyed the day. Are we all really looking forward to another wonderful racing season next year? LOL
salts, thanks very much for the tip about the MRN site, that will be fun to do. Were you reading my mind? One of my "winter" projects this year is going to be to transfer the races I've taped on videotape over to DVD. Its both a space saving issue and of course VCR tapes degrade over time.

Could Be wrong on the time :)

Vicky D, that's funny! Back in the day - I had withdrawal within a week of the season being over.
I guess the best I can say is I HOPE the racing AND the TV broadcasts are better.
