I really enjoyed this show and putting a voice to 'Our Leader'. I usually listen to this show live but was busy Thursday and missed it. I heard it later on in the day.
Race2Win Radio has been good this entire season and has great guests each week. It's a lot of fun and you can ask questions to their guests by chat or by calling in to the show. I think they do a good job as far as internet radio shows go.
You did a good job on there JD but thought you were way too easy on ESPN.
JD. BTR can be a great online show but was much better (technical glitches wise a year ago BEFORE they revamped but I digress, have used and listened on many platforms there for 3 years)
Hope others here can listen..I think JD came on about 29 minutes in if you're in a hurry as it is a 2 hr show!
The BTR player has a little bar with minutes on it)BTR works best with Firefox and is very flash dependent, so make sure you have the latest updates, and if you don't use adblockers, has lots of adds.
If the BTR player doesn't work for you (which can happen, but usually more of an issue when listening LIVE) just click under the BTR Box where it says OPEN IN YOUR DEFAULT PLAYER) and you can listen in WinMedia player.
Don't let the busieness of BTR pages scare you if you are seeing the adds.
Hope to hear you back on there again JD. He gave you a lot of time but I could've listened to you for an hour. It's a two hour show but heck, that's a LOT of time on a show with no commercials. Most talk radio shows are only 40 minutes, per hour with commercials, weather, news, traffic etc.
I've heard many celebrities interviewed on BTR & you kinda miss commercial breaks, believe it or not.:) Unless you are listening to the BTR archives which is great as you can put it on pause. Like radio DVR, you can do that on the live shows but if you are in chat or on the phone, it will confuse you to give yourself a delay.
Thanks for turning us on to this show. I liked the guy and the lady co-hosting, too. HONEST opinions on Citizen Radio. :)
Sorry for all the BTR tips but that place has scared off many potential listeners and I want folks to hear you JD.
Why oh why why do they think it is good to have Marty Reed do ANYTHING tht goes out over the airwaves. He is a cross between Radio Announcer school, sugary sweet and just that feeling I get when I hava choice between slippery, sliding and please make it go away but it never does.
I missed a comment where one of the crew chiefs said " HE wrecks somebody nearly every week ..and one of these days something will happen on a high speed race track and it wont be pretty..." Anyone know who the DRIVER IS ???
" Maybe Keslowski will get REVENGE for his team mate" Gee wonder what announcer would make a stupid statement like that?? REVENGE ? Does Nascar care what goes out over air ? OK Marty I wont count it out... a green white checker .. let me write that down. AND WE CAN SEE WHAT IS ON THE TV SCREEN...YOU DONT HAVE TO TELL US EVERY TIME MAMA MIA GET ME OUT WHILE I STILL HAVE SANITY
How many more times will one of the so called announcers tell us " There is a history of a green white checker " And how many fans care who is GONNA BE ON THE PODIUM ? AND FINALLY imho ..The announcers DO NOT HAVE TO MENTION """"KYLE'S LAST NAME """" EVERY TIME ... WHO HIRED THESE BOZOS ?
